Denlinger's Book Store

Denlinger's eBooks are Windows^R based, self contained, executable, browser-like programs. They do not require additional software or hardware for viewing.

There are numerous ways to execute the program regardless of whether it is an emailed attachment or Priority mailed to you on disk, i.e. double click on icon, File or Start Run and type in program name, or through Exploring.

DISCLAIMERS

• eBooks are generally emailed within 4 hours, but it might be as much as 12 hours.
• eBooks are approximately 1 meg in size and depending upon modem speeds could take up to 15 minutes to download the emailed attachment.
• Some ISP's (Internet Service Providers) limit the size of emailed attachments.
• Some ISP's place a limit on your inbox storage capacity, typically 3 Megs.
• Some ISP's attempt compression of larger file attachments.
• Not available for Apple^R/Mac^tm users.

Minimal problems experienced to date include:

• email bounced back for the above reasons, generally from FREE email services.
• email bounced back because of incorrectly entered email addresses.
• incorrectly reported credit card numbers (16 numerals) and expiration dates (4 numerals).
• inability for Apple^R/Mac^tm users to open the Windows^R program.
• trying to open the attachment utilizing a word processing or other program.

Corrective Action

• Clean out the inbox
• Review your ordering information for completeness and accuracy
