THE BOOK

A story of the Donnelly/Warren/Carpenter families as they deal with some less than reputable characters who have managed to skirt getting caught by the law for their rotten deeds. Will bachelor minister, CW Warren, have to put his dreams away to deal with the fallout of family secrets -- or can prayer, the Shadow Angels and Detective Will Fox keep everyone safe?

History

Historical information gleaned from "Our Heritage A History of Caledonia Memorial United Methodist Church 1830-1990, Caledonia, Ohio" by Mark Melroy

"Marion County 1979 History, Caledonia, Ohio"

All characters and events portrayed in this book are fictional, and any resemblance to real people or incidents is purely coincidental. This novel takes place in 1960 set in Caledonia, Ohio and the fictional town of Winthrop, Ohio.

SELECTED REVIEW

Broken Arrows/Broken Promises the 3rd., in the Donnelly/Warren/Carpenter series is her best writing so far, What a story! What mysteries! Adapted for TV would be Lifetime or Hallmark movies for the entire family to enjoy. The 3 books, would make a good series. A "True Fan" of Marilyn's writings —Gwendolyn Filsinger, Crossville,TN
